Two Finnish technology companies join the forces

Jomaster Oy has purchased all the shares of Satron Instruments Oy on April 5, 2017.

Jomaster is also the sole owner of Jouka Oy. The combination of these two produces a technology company focusing on valves for process industry as well as on process instruments. Both companies have long traditions. The roots of Satron go all the way to 1920s and Jouka will celebrate 60 years in business this year. The common key issues for both companies are strong customer specific solutions, fast deliveries and high quality.

“After this transaction we can expand our services and we have improved opportunity to develop intelligent solutions to our customers.” says the Chairman of Jomaster, Mr. Risto Lehtimäki.

Jouka designs and manufactures ball valves and tailor made special valves in Ylöjärvi close to Tampere. The number of persons is about 30. The company also manufactures molded metal parts, machine parts and performs assembly work.

Satron designs, develops and manufactures innovative process instruments and intelligent measuring transmitters for industry. The company has the work force of about 30 persons in Tampere. The distribution network is global.
