Many of the valves fitted on ships are special solutions in terms of their connections and external dimensions, which are made based on standard parts. Typical applications for Jouka’s valves in the maritime industry include various fuels such as methanol, ammonia, and natural gas applications. We have also various sizes and designs for block&bleed valves.
Jouka valves can be manufactured from:

- Stainless steel 316L and 304L (EN 1.4404 and EN 1.4307)

- Duplex steel (2205 / EN 1.4462)
- Titanium (Gr-2)
- Super duplex (2507 / EN 1.4410)
- Elastomer (all plastic valves are implemented according to customer needs. It is also possible to use, for example, Duplex flanges for the attachment joints of the plastic valve center.)
A large portion of the valves we supply to the maritime industry are marine certified and we are familiar with nearly all classification societies. You can easily obtain classified valves from us with the appropriate certificates. Ask our sales team for more details!
