NEWS RELEASE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
Dear Reader,
The whole capital stock of Jouka Inc. has been sold to new owners. The new owners are experienced business and industry professionals
who together will bring a cumulative business knowledge and experience of over 250 years to benefit the company.
M.Sc. (Tech.) Hannu Lautamäki has been named as the new President of the Jouka company. He has gained business experience in senior positions
in Valmet Inc, Kone Corporation, Sandvik Inc and Agco Power Inc. He is also one of the new owners.
The previous owners Mr. Jorma Määttänen and Mr. Arho Paananen will move on to enjoy well earned retirement days in the beginning
or the year 2016. The rest of the whole personnel will continue working for Jouka Inc normally as earlier.
The new owners will respect the present customerships, maintain high flexibility and high quality.
