Key findings of the 2025 customer satisfaction survey

Jouka conducted a customer satisfaction survey in autumn 2025 to map its customers’ experiences of cooperation, service quality, and products. The results of the survey show that customer satisfaction has remained at a strong level: the NPS score is 57, which is similar to the previous measurement and indicates a high level of customer recommendation.
