Employee of the Year 2024 award was presented this year to Jesse from our production team, who received numerous compliments his colleagues. This award is special because the Employee of the Year is chosen by Jouka’s staff through a vote. The recognition highlights Jesse’s valued position within the work community and his exemplary contributions to the company.
Jesse works as a valve assembler at Jouka, but his responsibilities also include painting and assisting with other tasks. His versatile duties keep the workdays interesting, and his multifaceted skills are highly appreciated by the team. With a background as a vehicle mechanic and HVAC installer, Jesse has built a solid foundation for his current role.
“I joined Jouka three years ago when I was looking for new challenges and an interesting job. A position as an assembler happened to be open, and I decided to go for it,” Jesse shares.
