Jouka Oy has signed an agreement to sell its metal stamping subcontracting business to Männistö Oy Metallituote. This corporate restructuring supports Jouka’s strategy of focusing even more strongly on the development and manufacture of valves and flow technology solutions under its own Jouka brand.
The business acquisition is part of Jouka Oy’s long-term strategy to strengthen its position as a valve manufacturer and focus its resources on its core business.

The strong growth in the valve business in recent years has increased the need to focus resources on the core business. Through this business transaction, Jouka is freeing up production capacity and expertise for its growing valve business and strengthening its ability to meet future demand.
Business operations will be transferred to Männistö Oy Metallituote
Männistö Oy Metallituote specializes in products for the shipbuilding industry and subcontracted products for the sheet metal industry, which are manufactured using mechanical and hydraulic presses. The company will continue to serve the customers of the transferred business by leveraging its skilled workforce, production capabilities, and manufacturing expertise.

What does this change mean for Jouka’s customers?
Effective August 1, 2026, Männistö Oy Metallituote will be responsible for component deliveries related to the metal stamping subcontracting business. Jouka’s valve business will continue as usual. Going forward, the company will focus even more strongly on the development, manufacturing, and customer service of Jouka-brand valves, flow technology solutions, and related services.
