We are pleased to welcome Niluka to the Jouka team as our new quality engineer.
Niluka joined Jouka because she saw a company culture that matched her values and offered excellent opportunities for professional growth. In her role, she is responsible for quality assurance and ensuring product compliance, helping Jouka maintain the high standards our customers expect.
With previous experience in quality management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing industry, Niluka brings a strong practical foundation to her new role. Her expertise will support the ongoing development of Jouka’s quality processes and compliance systems.
Looking ahead, Niluka’s goal is to strengthen and integrate Jouka’s quality and compliance management systems while introducing innovative ways to streamline documentation. Ultimately, she wants to help make Jouka the preferred supplier of ball valve solutions.
“I look forward to building strong relationships with both our customers and colleagues. My goal is to create value through innovative and sustainable approaches to quality management together with our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders,” says Niluka.
During her first weeks at Jouka, Niluka has been impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the support she has received from the team.
