Our finance team was strengthened this spring with the arrival of Sanna as our new Finance and HR Assistant. Her workdays are filled with a wide range of tasks in invoicing and daily HR operations. According to Sanna, the first few months have been fast-paced – but in a positive way:
– “The welcome has been really warm – I’ve felt like part of the team from the very beginning. The onboarding has been thorough, and it’s been easy to get started with the tasks.”
Sanna says Jouka genuinely invests in people and well-being:
– “There’s a real desire to develop the workplace culture and to be a flexible employer. In a small organization like Jouka, you get to take part in many different things and have a real impact.”
What motivates Sanna in her work is the responsibility, variety of tasks, and the spirit of working together – not to mention the great colleagues.
Outside of work, Sanna enjoys high-speed hobbies:
– “I often take part in karting or go snowmobiling. I’d much rather be driving than sitting in the passenger seat!”
