Jouka’s sales team has gained a new member, as Edvard Stenroos joined the company this summer as a sales engineer. Edvard works in sales support, handling tasks such as quotes, orders, and customer needs, and collaborates closely with the production team.

What particularly interested Edvard at Jouka was the opportunity to learn about the operations of a local manufacturing company while working with an international client base.

As a sales engineer, Edvard provides wide-ranging support to Jouka’s sales team. His responsibilities include preparing quotes, confirming orders, and working with the production team to assess various customer needs and feasibility options.
His previous work experience provides a solid foundation for this position. Edvard has worked on preparing bids for industrial insulation and sheet metal work and has interacted with customers in sales-related roles.
The goal is to learn everything there is to know about ball valves
In his new role, Edvard wants, above all, to help the sales team succeed in their work. At the same time, his goal is to build strong product knowledge.
