Our factory will be operating with a reduced staff from December 24, 2026, to January 6, 2027. We will not confirm orders to be delivered during this period. However, our customer service will be available as usual, except on days when the factory is closed, so you can reach us during all regular business hours.
We recommend that you place your orders for New Year’s supplies well in advance of Christmas. This will ensure that your order arrives before the holidays. If you have any questions about delivery schedules, please contact your sales representative or our customer service.
